Chef Alessio Magliozzi is from Montepulciano. A real table chef. The kind who cooks looking you in the eye, tells you a story for every ingredient, and makes you feel that what you’re doing matters — even if it’s “just pasta.”
His philosophy is simple: real ingredients, ancient gestures, no rush. In his kitchen you learn something bigger than a recipe. You learn a way of being.
