Natural fragrances have been created exclusively for each space, to match the scents of the countryside and make every stay a sensory experience.

Each room features a private bathroom with a window, a modern shower, and a set of natural toiletries.
For an extra touch of comfort, all bathrooms include a Japanese toilet with electric bidet function, a small luxury designed for your daily well-being.

All rooms are equipped with everything you need to relax and unwind:
a Smart TV with access to the main streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc. — to be used with your personal account),
air conditioning with heat pump, free Wi-Fi, mosquito screens on every window,
a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, and a mini fridge bar with free still water and, for purchase, local craft beers and artisanal soft drinks.
You won’t find industrial brands here — only genuine Tuscan flavours.

Each room is enriched with a custom-made fragrance, designed to blend with the natural scents of the Podere and evoke a feeling of harmony and relaxation.
You’ll also find a hairdryer with diffuser and other small details to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
🧺 A daily light cleaning service is provided, including bed tidying and bin emptying.
If you prefer more privacy, this service can be suspended or skipped upon request.

🐄 The Breeder’s Room
Spacious and welcoming, the Breeder’s Room is ideal for families or couples who want a bit more space.
It has a double exposure to the north and south sides of the Podere, with views of the garden and the valley.
Decorated with antique furniture and original wooden beams, it preserves the warmth of tradition.
The scent designed for this room recalls soft and relaxing notes.
On request, an extra single bed or baby cot can be added.

🌿 The Gardener’s Room
Overlooking the garden and the valley of Montevenere, the Gardener’s Room is bright, romantic, and full of natural light.
It combines wooden beams, terracotta floors, and authentic Tuscan furnishings.
The ambient fragrance spreads floral and herbal notes that perfectly match the view outside.

🌾 The Farmer’s Room
The Farmer’s Room overlooks the western side of the Podere and offers a breathtaking view of the hills of Chianciano and Montepulciano, the olive grove, and the golden sunsets of the Val di Chiana.
Decorated with antique Tuscan furniture and tones of soft green, it recalls the simplicity of rural life.
The bespoke room fragrance evokes freshly cut grass and the calm of early morning.

🏠 The Barn
Once a rustic hayloft, now a refined 75 m² apartment with a private entrance, where countryside authenticity meets comfort.
The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, sofa, dining table, and a wide west-facing window that frames the sunsets of the Val di Chiana.
The bedroom offers a King Size bed (divisible into two singles) with orthopedic mattress and memory-foam topper.
In the living room there’s also a fold-down double bed, a single sofa bed, and a blackout curtain for full privacy.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, private washing machine, air conditioning throughout, Smart TV, private bathroom with shower, mini fridge bar with local drinks, and a private outdoor space with table and chairs.
Breakfast is not included, but can be requested under the gazebo or served directly in the apartment.
Guests can also enjoy the garden, the solarium terrace with loungers, the barbecue area, and the green walking paths surrounding the Podere.
