Breakfast at Podere Grotta Antica
Every morning we welcome you with the scent of freshly baked bread and our homemade cakes.
Breakfast here is a slow and simple moment, made of genuine flavours and ingredients sourced from local farms: organic jams, organic fruit juices, natural yogurt, and our artisanal bread enriched with seeds.
If you prefer a savoury start, we can prepare eggs and bacon made to order, or serve our local cold cuts and cheese platters (extra charge), selected from small producers in the area.
☀️ Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30 in the common room or in the garden when the weather allows.
Every day you will find a rotating selection of homemade cakes, prepared with local flours, unrefined sugar, and simple, seasonal ingredients.
Flavours change throughout the year: citrus in winter, fruit in summer, chocolate and spices when the air turns cooler.
